I initially trained as a professional violinist, as which I travelled extensively performing in this country and abroad, my most recent trip being an 11 day stint in Bahrain playing in a production of (what else!) The Sound of Music! It was as a musician that I developed a keen interest in postural work through Alexander technique, which I've been practising for over 20 years. It's my own 'Osteopathic take' on Alexander technique that I use in my treatments and selfcare plans.
